An aspect of our being that is in “hiding”. An aspect of the Self that we haven’t integrated, welcomed, loved. Here we dive into a group healing session. Jasmine’s mentor & main healer will come in to offer a group healing, to invite what’s birthing to come through. A group channeling might also be welcomed, to bring in relevant information for what’s to come.

This practice will gift us the experience of surrendering to the nothingness, to the in-between, to learn how to embrace the void, a space of ultimate potential and healing.

When we don’t set clear boundaries, we leak our life force. Feel into that.

Govern your emotions, this is key to live a life in balance and harmony. As women, we can get overwhelmed by our emotional state, and it can feel hard to find steadiness and ease. We actually have authority over our emotions, we can create space for them, yet we can also regulate how and when they show up. This provides a HUGE sense of empowerment and ownership towards the SELF, and what we want to create in our lives. We become the artists of our life! Not only that, we can CREATE emotions from within, source them from our infinite life force, and from this infinite well of creation, AWAKEN into the manifesting beings we truly are. We magnetize life.
